The planned pilot reviews identity, licence and vehicle evidence before a participant can transact. Approval is never automatic.
The workflow separates rental price, proposed fees, deposit terms, mileage and responsibilities before acceptance.
If the controlled pilot opens, guided photos and dual acknowledgements will record condition, mileage and fuel at pickup and return.
The prototype connects the people, vehicle, agreement, payment record and handover evidence—so a controlled pilot does not have to rely on memory or a WhatsApp thread alone.
No. RightMatch is the verification, discovery, agreement, payment-record and evidence layer. Each rental is a direct agreement between the vehicle owner and renter.
The pickup and return evidence record—photos, odometer, fuel and signed acknowledgements—is the factual basis for deposit deductions and dispute support.
No verification can remove all risk. It confirms submitted evidence and creates accountability, giving both sides better information before they decide.
Only useful trust signals such as “identity verified” or “vehicle documents checked.” ID numbers, licence details, payment data and private addresses never appear publicly.
Not publicly. The live website records early-access interest only. Public bookings, listings, payments and sensitive uploads remain locked while legal, insurance, identity, payment and security gates are completed.
It places your consent-backed interest in the pilot queue. It is not a membership, verification approval, vehicle approval, booking or guarantee that you will be invited.
That is the idea. Small and growing businesses can register interest in renting one or a few suitable vehicles for work. Public business rentals are not live yet, and any invited pilot use will still require a named, verified driver, vehicle availability and agreed rental terms.
No. Do not send identity, licence, registration or banking documents through ordinary email, messaging or social media. If you are invited later, the team will explain the approved secure route first.
No. RightMatch does not currently accept or hold public customer money. The payment and deposit model must be approved with a suitable provider and qualified Namibian advisers before activation.
The intended first pilot is a deliberately small, invite-only Windhoek phase. Expansion depends on support capacity, completed launch gates and evidence that the process works safely.
Join as a renter, vehicle owner, small business or partner. There is no payment, document upload or commitment at this stage—just a secure place in the early-access queue.
